Subscription Details

  • Subscriptions can begin on the 1st day of any month.
  • Each tier requires a quarterly commitment, with services tailored to your specific business needs and scheduled at your convenience.
  • Subscriptions are billed on the 1st day of the month they begin, and will recur every three (3) months thereafter. 
  • To cancel a subscription, written notice must be given at least fifteen (15) days prior to the next billing date.

Legal Details

  • Subscriptions may be canceled or downgraded with a 30-day notice prior to the next billing cycle.
  • Unused hours do not roll over to the next quarter; it is the subscriber’s responsibility to utilize their allotted time within the quarter.
  • Services are defined in the subscription agreement and may be subject to limitations as agreed upon.
