Hello! Welcome to Fix & Form’s Company Update. As we celebrate 11 years of business this month, we thought it was time to update you on all of the excitement the Fix & Form brand has brought. If you are just checking us out or want to learn more, Fix & Form is a strategic branding agency rooted in transparency and human-centered connections. Our Top 2025 Goals
2024 brought a lot of growth to Fix & Form Strategic Branding Agency. These are opportunities we hope to invest in this year, being memorable and more than just a presence.
- Transparency: Transparency is what Fix & Form is built on. Our goal of human-centered branding is one that we are constantly reaching towards exceeding with clients and taking relationships and connections to a new level.
- Business Development: As the Fix & Form brand continues to grow, so do it’s offerings and desire to deliver a full experience for its clients. Fix & Form has added an additional three members to its team in hopes of adding value and options for clients. We plan to provide a more cohesive approach to clients and expand full brand projects. This involves updating subscriptions to provide more offerings as well as providing more options for projects themselves. As a business we also want to incorporate a form of email outreach.
- Get Sh*t Done: Take it from our founder, Anne Gillaspie, herself, “So we’re an agency team that hears all of your goals, hears the list that you have, right? It’s the shit list, and then we just get shit done.” We not only have personal goals and company goals, but business goals that we want to exceed this year.
Meet the Team
Our team is a selectively hand picked crew, all motivated and inspired by our mission in addition to working on their own business adventures. 2025 has brought an exciting opportunity to expand, adding three new team members. Hear from each one of our members below!
- Anne – CEO and brand strategist: Meet Anne, our proud CEO and brand strategist. As a local alumni from Colorado State University, Anne has brought her Marketing, Acting and Directing background to life in her company focused on human-centered connections. Anne’s ambition and curiosity is what takes the brand to the next level and sets it apart. Apart from work, Anne has a busy life with her family and enjoying a variety of hobbies.
- Abbie – Brand Designer: Abbie, our go to girl for everything logos, websites, and graphics related. When asked about what she loves about working with the Fix & Form brand she said, “I really enjoy the variety of projects (logos, collateral, websites, social) and industries we get to work with.”
- Harper – Content strategist/copywriter: Harper has welcomed her first newborn into the world and will be on leave for a bit. When she is actively working with us however, Harper provides engaging copywriting that connects with your audience and boosts your business. Harper is passionate about helping others and strives to show that through her work.
- Zara – Content Strategist: Zara is filling in for Harper while she is on maternity leave, but her expertise has been greatly welcomed and has plans of going nowhere. Zara has a portfolio of everything digital, helping with front end web development, content of all kinds including email and social and implementing copy.
- Justin – Video content strategist: Meet Justin, who turned his hobby of filmmaking into a career. While running his own content in the background, Justin also helps Fix & Form with clients. When asked what Just loves most about working for Fix & Form, he taps into its human-centered branding approach, saying “I love that we take a client-first approach, remembering that what’s best for them is best for us.”
- Shannon – Developer/designer: Shannon resides in the content sector of Fix & Form, creating and developing everything we need. When asked about what she loves most about working with Fix & Form clients, she says, “They understand that their brand is more than just a logo or a color palette—it’s a story, a feeling, and a connection. As a designer, I get to bring that vision to life through thoughtful, strategic web design that not only looks beautiful but also functions seamlessly to support their business growth.”
- Kellie – Digital content strategist: Kellie is our digital content strategist, helping both clients and Fix & Form take content, especially blog content, to the next level. She loves the Fix & Form brand for “how they take the time to deeply understand their clients, positioning them for long-term success. Their commitment to strategy and storytelling makes them a perfect fit for my content expertise, and I’m proud to be part of a team that helps brands grow with purpose.”
- Siera – Agency Intern/content strategist: Meet Siera, our first intern for Fix & Form. Siera is studying Business of Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Human Development and Family Studies at Colorado State University. Her passion for creating human connections and creativity is the perfect combination for being the right hand man in bringing a young perspective into the agency.
